Yes. We regularly manipulate artworks at the request of our customers. Things like amending colours, text, and dimensions. We do not credit ourselves as designers, but from a specific brief, we will be able to create the print ready artwork for you. If something more complex is required, we have many trade design contacts that we would readily recommend.

The earlier the better. The more we know about any project, the more we should be able to help. You may be able to save time and resources by getting our input early. Things like making artworks to fit our existing cutters or advising on suitable label materials, will save on time and resources.

Yes. We can colour match to either LAB targets, a hard copy of printed media or a Pantone reference.

Yes. Customers are very welcome to visit us. This can give greater context to what it is we do and the many options available. Just be sure to give enough warning, for us to get the good biscuits in.

Yes. We believe in complete transparency in this regard. Whilst better discussed with a member of our sales team, there are many costs saving measures worth considering.

Whilst we do not have an MOQ there will be a minimum for at what point the job will be cost effective for you. Typically, we recommend ordering upwards of 500 labels. There are other factors that can affect this, like embellishment or label size. We aim to give multiple price breaks when we provide label quotations. This gives greater context to how the pricing structure works and can help our customers find the most attractive pricing.

Yes. We are able to produce mock ups through our Digital presses for a small charge. This can be a great way to test colour, finish and adhesion before committing to an order.

We have over 4,000 Cutters in stock, in a multitude of shapes and sizes. These cutters can be used for your new project at no charge. If your job requires a special bespoke shape or a highly specific size, we may need to purchase a new cutter. This is a one-off cost and would not appear on a repeat order. Please contact the Sales team for more information on our existing Cutters.

‘Creasing’ or ‘bubbling’ are issues typical within the drinks sector. These problems can occur when some paper labels encounter moisture or colder temperatures. You should ensure the product being labelled is as dry as possible at the point of application. If the problem persists then a more suitable material like a PP, PE or Wine-grade Paper may be more appropriate.

Whilst this is a little context dependant, we typically work to a lead time of 5 – 10 working days. Additional factors such as new plates and cutters, job volume and artwork delays may affect your delivery date. We will always try our best to meet the dates requested by our customers.
