At Anglia Labels the support doesn’t stop once your labels have gone to press! For us, each new order is the start of a journey with a customer as we work with them to provide label solutions from one new project to the next. We have developed long standing partnerships with many of our customers, providing many labels over many years and playing a key role in their businesses’ growth.
Quality Control
We strive for continuous improvement in everything we do which is reflected in our ISO 9001 accreditation. Ensuring our labels are the best quality they can be is a priority and we have rigorous quality control checks in place to make sure that every label is manufactured at the highest standard before being released for shipping.
If there is anything at all that you are not satisfied with on receipt of your labels, our Customer Services team will be more than happy to discuss any problems and work with you to find a resolution.
Shipping
We aim to have your labels printed and delivered to you within 5 to 7 working days. Need them faster than that? Just give us a call, and we will do what we can to get your labels ready when you need them.
After-care
Once you have taken delivery of your labels, you will be assigned a dedicated account-handler as a point of contact for any enquiries, repeat orders or future projects. We are happy to come and visit to discuss ideas you have for product development and are keen to support client innovations.
