ISO14001

Zero 2 Landfill scheme

Anglia Labels have both the Zero Label 2 Landfill and Zero Foil 2 Landfill certifications.

The Zero 2 Landfill scheme is an initiative aimed at reducing the amount of label and foil waste that ends up in landfills. It promotes sustainable practices and encourages businesses to adopt responsible disposal methods for labels. 

The scheme primarily focuses on diverting label waste from landfill sites and promoting alternative waste management options. Instead of disposing of labels in landfills where they contribute to environmental pollution, the scheme encourages recycling, reuse, or other sustainable disposal methods.

The scheme promotes a circular economy by encouraging the recycling and reuse of label materials. By diverting labels from landfills, valuable resources can be recovered and reintroduced into the production cycle, reducing the need for new raw materials.
